Upside Down Games Introduces Yoga to Kids

T

he Yoga Spinner Game, from Upside Down Games, directs kids ages 6 and up to spin the spinner and draw a card from the matching colored pile. Cards range from yoga poses that must be held for 10 seconds to “steal a card,” “lose a card,” or “all play.” The player who collects one card of each color wins the game. Memo Yoga introduces kids ages 3 and up to yoga while building their concentration, coordination, and memory skills. With two levels of play, kids can enjoy a classic memory and matching game with cards featuring basic yoga poses while older kids must find a matching pair and perform the pose in order to collect the cards. Memo Yoga sharpens visual recognition, builds confidence, and increases memory and attention span.
