he shoot of Yatra - the biopic on former Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhara Reddy (YSR), has been started. Mollywood superstar Mammootty is on the board to reprise the role of YSR in Yatra. According to the latest update, Young Rebel Star Prabhas is going to extend his support for Yatra. The sources say that Prabhas, who is very close to Yatra’s producers Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy, has promised that he will give his full support to this upcoming project Yatra. It is expected that Prabhas will take part in the promotional activities of YSR biopic before the release. Suhasini Maniratnam is essaying the role of Sabitha Indra Reddy and Posani Murali Krishna will be seen as YSR’s personal assistant Sureedu whereas Baahubali fame Ashrita Vemuganti will play the role of YS Vijayamma. The makers are planning to wrap the entire shoot of Yatra in a single schedule. Yatra is being helmed by Mahi V Raghav and being produced under 70mm Entertainments banner. he Central Crime Station (CCS) police have booked a case against a cheater (fake assistant) for impersonating film director Sekhar Kammula. According to CCS, the cheater gave an advertisement on a website stating Tollywood director of Happy days and Leader fame Sekhar Kammula is scouting for fresh faces for his upcoming movie. The offer demanded a fee between Rs 1,500 to Rs 1,800 and deposit in the given bank details. Many people believed this advertisement and deposited the money in bank.The cheater gave the advertisement for over 25 days, collected money from candidates and later switched off his phone. As there was no response from the suspect, a person who paid him the money approached the CCS and lodged a complaint. Few

Pokiri collected a distributor's share of Rs 420 million. The film grossed Rs 660 million worldwide and remained the highest-grossing Telugu film for three years, until it was surpassed by Ram Charan starrer Magadheera in 2009.
