The Ti-Ahwaga Community Players welcome the addition of Beth Clark as their new theater administrator at the TiAhwaga Performing Arts Center in Owego. Clark will be overseeing the day -to-day operations of the theater and brings considerable experience in both theater and business to the job. "Theater is like church to me," Clark said, "and it is a dream come true to be working here with all of these wonderful people." Clark has provided bookkeeping and billing services for medical offices in Schuyler and Tompkins counties. She has been a volunteer with The Lake County Players theater group in Watkins Glen since 2007 and served as secretary on their board of directors from 2008 to 2011. She has acted, produced and directed in addition to working as stage manager, costume mistress and sound and makeup assistant. Most recently she has been the group's business manager for various productions, overseeing marketing, bookkeeping, grant writing, and fund raising. The Ti-Ahwaga Performing Arts Center is a beautiful cabaret-style theater located at 42 Delphine St., Owego, NY, where fine wines, beers, soft drinks and snacks are available to enjoy at your table during the show, and there isn't a bad seat in the house. 'A Delicate Balance,' a powerful Pu-

litzer Prize winning drama, will open at the theater on Friday, February 8, and run Friday, Saturday and Sunday through February 24. General admission is $18, Friday students w/ID is $10, and Sunday seniors 60+ is $15. The Player's annual fund-raising auction is on March 9 this year. For only $35, you’ll be treated to great food and drink, live theater entertainment, and have the opportunity to bid on many unique items donated by the community. The Ti-Ahwaga Community Players perform five plays each year from October through June. You can find out more about the Players, plays, membership and the Center by logging on to www.tiahwaga.com or calling Beth at 687-2130.
