MORE Q & A

WITH BHHS DTLA DOWNTOWN WEEKLY: We’ve consistently heard about the agent development training programs BHHS DTLA offers it’s agents. Can you elaborate on the training provided by your office and how it helps you become better at what you do? VICTOR Q: “We have included the best practices from traditional brokerage models and infused a heavy dose of modern technology to create a unique office experience. Our weekly training events in our brick and mortar location coupled with the use of live stream technology allows our agents to stay connected to the office training without actually coming in. We believe this hybrid mixture of connection to our agents is how the successful real estate offices of the future will operate and thrive.” AMIRAH S: “We have access to scripts and productivity programs from outside real estate coaches that can be very costly for an individual agent however BHHS DTLA offers them to us for free. With the BHHS Online Learn Center we are able to learn about almost anything we need for our business on our own time.” DAMIEN L: “I came from another Brokerage Firm that was good but there was a fee for all the training courses. I love the free topnotch training and all of the camaraderie that I get from BHHS DTLA.” MELINA M: “The DTLA office Training Library has hundreds of audio, video and downloadable resources available to us and has everything I need with easy access to it from anywhere.” URAL M: “All of the things I needed to learn about real estate sales were available to me completely free of upfront charges. I’ve taken the commercial classes along with the residential courses and the large amount of available training helps me expand my overall knowledge of real estate.”

What’s it like to work in an office environment like BHHS DTLA? VIOLA B: “The work environment at DTLA and throughout the company is so amazing! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and truly wants to see everyone do their best. I have to give a special shout out to our Managing Partner, Vic Quiroz, and his unwavering dedication to being such an awesome leader.” DAMIEN L: “I use to be with another firm and I never really felt at home. But when I came to BHHS DTLA the other agents immediately made me feel welcomed, coupled with the training and support that I receive, I know that I could never go anywhere else.” KARLA M: “The DTLA office is unlike any other of our company’s 20+ other locations, the classic art-deco building entrance gives way to a modern tech driven office setup once inside.” URAL M: “There are so many advantages to working with BHHS DTLA. The use of modern technology, free training live and online, our management team is available as needed, the office environment is relaxing and you can really get refocused there. I can’t say enough, it’s really exciting!” DOWNTOWN WEEKLY: What changes in the DTLA real estate market and surrounding region do you see in store for our community in the near future? MICHELLE Q: “DTLA is Home. In the last 5 years we have witnessed an explosion of development and the ability to navigate the city by foot. I love that my family can walk from our loft in South Park to the office in the Financial District, to my son’s school on Bunker Hill, and the Arts District for dinner. While young professionals continue to be the mainstay of the area, there is a growing push to transform DTLA into a more family-friendly neighborhood.”

VICTOR Q: “LA’s population is growing at a rapid pace in almost every neighborhood imaginable. Major infrastructure improvements are geared towards hosting the 2028 Olympic Games however there is still a lack of new residential housing builds. This lack MICKEY B: “Victor Quiroz the Manager at our office and his supporting staff are excep- of supply and extremely high demand for tional individuals. The training and market- housing has kept the LA real estate market red hot for the past several years.
