It’s great for bones and then it’s bad for skin, good for hormones and then bad for weight loss should you keep milk in your diet?

Milk continues to be a powerful symbol - our first food – intrinsically linked to the mother and often associated with God’s blessings and richness in the Bible. “If the Lord delights in us, He will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land that flows with milk and honey,” (Numbers 14:8).
