A TIME FOR EQUIPPING So, four years later, Tim and his fellow Director Jason Skippers, have trained and equipped various worship teams and artists across Southern Africa, offering courses in music production, studio engineering, song writing and more. They have travelled to Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Kenya and many cities across the nation and have graduated 215 students from over 60 churches in the local community. We have worked with many passionate local musicians, including the likes of Alana Wessels, Jean du Rand, Byron Levi, Chumani Ngojo and more! It has been a powerful and complete joy to watch people catch the heart to write their own music that resonated with the ground they were born on. As a family, we have chosen to completely support Tim in his pursuit of this vision. We deliberately home educate our children so that they are able to enjoy the luxury of seeing what their father does and also have the opportunities to learn the power of their own sound and unique gifts in this world.

LOOKING FORWARD What’s next? We are excited to announce that God has given us the vision to build our own world-class Sounds of the Nations recording studio, here in Cape Town. We are trusting God for the finances to help empower more local artists and release their sounds to the nations. Do you have a song in your own heart? Perhaps it is time to redeem the sound for the glory of God! “Sing a new song to the Lord! Let the whole earth sing to the Lord!” (Psalm 96:1).
