We’re super spoiled on the Sunshine Coast to have two distinctly different wedding experiences. Our hinterland is world famous for its beauty and hospitality, and I defy you to find more beautiful beaches than our local haunts. The day started with a thoughtful gift from her love, and so came the efflorescence of every wish her heart desired. Blayde + Danielle’s Surprise Picnic Proposal It was shaping up to be a super romantic birthday month, full of sweet surprises from her love, but Danielle didn’t realise Blayde had bigger plans in mind.

Under the guise of having a couple’s photo shoot with Zoe from Worth Photography, Danielle was none the wiser when Blayde booked a romantic cabin for the night, and concocted a secret plan with Zoe to have his proposal immortalised in a deck picnic setting at Maleny’s Ocean View Estate Winery. Zoe played stylist for the day, setting up an elaborate picnic, complete with fairy lights. After their couple’s shoot on the grounds of the Winery, they made their way to the picnic setting, where Zoe distracted Danielle by having her pose for some solo shots in front of the picnic. This was Blayde’s cue to sneak off to find the ring and get down on one knee. The bride-to-be burst into happy tears, the surprise was a success and the lovely couple will be getting married in 2021.
