Price-wise, some of AAA Self Storage’s units are cheaper than its competitors’, and some are more expensive. But Feliu said the company doesn’t raise its prices every month like other places might. AAA Self Storage emphasizes service with a personal touch. Feliu said customers have told him the reason they rented a storage unit from the company was solely because someone was in the office when they arrived at the business. “When you make a phone call, you aren’t going to have ‘Please press 1, please press 2,’” he said. “We have someone inside the office throughout the business day.” — Brianna Childers
