Lennon Grace Ford Congratulations to Laython and Kayley Ford on the birth of their little girl, Lennon Grace, on March 8th weighing 6lbs 9oz. It won’t be long before Champ Simmentals has another set of hands to help out.
Our Sympathies
Rob Starr - Miocene Simmentals, 150 Mile House, BC Rob Starr passed away suddenly in March, 2014. Rob was a proud third generation rancher; he grew up in the Cariboo and was an active 4-H member. After college he returned to 4-H as a beef leader, and volunteered for many organizations. At his passing, he was a director of the BC Simmental Association, Williams Lake Bull Sale and Cariboo Cattlemen’s Association. He was president of the Rose Lake Livestock Association. He was busy through the years volunteering on the Williams Lake Harvest Fair and he was often called on to organize the beef exhibits for special events. Rob was a great supporter and ambassador for the Simmental breed in British Columbia and will be missed by all who knew him. 4
