If Broadside were staying at home he would definitely be put to use in our heifer pen. Sired by the Cobra bull. I probably don’t have to go on too much about Cobra, we have used him successfully on heifers and on cows for years. Out of the awesome Amber cow we purchased from River Point Cattle Co. she has consistently shortened gestation and lowered birth weights on her offspring. Broadside was a show bull of ours this past summer and was part of our pen of three at Agribition this past fall. If you appreciate docility in your cattle, Cowboy fits the bill! Pretty exceptional set of numbers on him too, top 5% for calving ease and top 10% for weaning and yearling weights, making him a true curve bender that is really difficult to come by. Cowboys first calf mama had him unassisted with a sweet 80 pound birthweight. He never looked back from there posting a 970 pound actual weaning weight, and an adjusted 1511 pound yearling weight!
