Welcome from Heart of the Valley Our family would like to welcome you all, to our 3rd Annual Harvest & Heart Bull Sale! Funny how Spring can never come fast enough in the cattle business but once it is, you wonder where the time went. This last year has been one heck of a ride with Mother Nature giving us everything from a four year continuing drought finally ending with biblical rain, epic snowfall, and a frigid early winter. It makes bull selection that much more of a valuable process when considering it’s one of the inputs that a rancher can control in a number of ways. We hold completely dear, in our mission here, that you are paid by the pound and our most important goal is to offer cattle that will have a lasting benefit in your herd for many years. The drive here is to produce good footed, easy fleshing, muscular cattle with high maternal traits that at the least include me not seeing their dams stuck with their heads in the feed. Whether you are selling calves in the fall, feeding them to the plate, or retaining for breeding; we are absolutely certain that our herd genetics have that capacity to offer both performance and calving ease to meet your needs and stay easy doing. In other words…Conversion!. I am pulled towards that Spring of Rib, and a ‘lil extra length, it tends to help order buyers bid higher with confidence for your calves in the fall; so it makes us highly confident these bulls will help put more weight on your calves come weaning. We are excited to showcase our progressive breeding program with four new sires this year, which is a result of the fabulous reception our bulls were given last year; for which we are very thankful to all our buyers and bidders at the sale. As per any of our past sales, you can count on our bulls completely, and in the unlikely event you have a problem with a bull, we will look after you. After all, our name is our bond and we want your business this year and for many years to come. The commercial cattlemen have truly gotten us to where we are today and though we have sold some fabulous purebred specimens over time, our bread and butter is, without a doubt, the cow/calf producers of our industry throughout North America.
