2018 Winters High School Graduates ing time with my girlfriend, fishing, hunting, and working out. Most influenced by & why: I would have to say my Mom influenced me the most because she was my mom and my dad. She was the one who gave me everything I needed and she was the one that taught me right from wrong. She taught me how to respect others and how you are supposed to treat others. She taught me how to work for something you want in life and to never give up on your dreams. Most memorable moment: My most memorable moment is when I got a chance to play football with the varsity boys my freshman year. I was the only freshman that played on varsity football and received All-State Linebacker honors. I would never have thought that I would earn something like that in my entire life. Then, I remember meeting a girl, Monique, and I have been with her ever since my 8th grade year. Future plans: I plan on playing college football and making an impact on my family. I would like to earn a degree so I can coach someday. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I see myself with a successful job and a loving family, having a big home with two kids and a wife.

only one to advance from Winters so it was just me and coach for two days. On the second day, I attempted a Happy Gilmore shot (for those who do not know what that is, a Happy Gilmore shot is when you get a run start at driving the ball from the t-box). The first attempt failed miserably. I lined up for a Happy Gilmore on the next hole, which was a 564-yard par 5. Coach lowered his head because he was slightly embarrassed but I managed to hit an amazing shot that was about 360 yards down the fairway. I finished the hole with a birdie and coach said, “I will never doubt you again.” Those words meant a lot to me and now I never doubt my own capabilities. Future plans: I plan to attend South Plains College, majoring in Commercial Music with a live sound certificate. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? In 10 years, I see myself touring with a band, or my own band, across the nation performing for big events and opening for even bigger names in the music industry. Without him, I wouldn’t know how to do anything about supporting my life and making a living. Most memorable moment: One of the best nights I could remember is hanging out with my friends and going back into town. We put a song on in the car and out of nowhere we all knew the song and we all were singing it having a good time. It was the best because it was a song from Selina Gomez—it was a great night to remember. Future plans: I plan to join the Army for engineering and stay in for at least five years. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I see myself with a happy, healthy family living in a good home. I would like to still be working and making

My mother is always giving me life advice and tries to give me the best. My life would be so lost if I did not have my mother there to help me through my tough times. Both my parents are always telling me that they want me to live a better life than they had. This is why I love my parents so much and look up to them. Most memorable moment: My most memorable moment in high was during my junior year. It was during the season opener football game. We were playing the San Saba Armadillos.
