Implemented in Mesa, Arizona in 1992

Multi‐faceted approach to crime prevention

Partnership between police, local property owners/managers, and residents to foster a safe, healthy, crime‐free community in rental housing

Lease Addendum is a key component of Program  Civic contract between a landlord and tenant
