Surfside Under The Stars Keeps Shining

A big crowd came out to celebrate the third Surfside Under the Stars event of the season, Shell-A-Bration, last month at 93rd Street. Attendees enjoyed the groovy sounds of funk band Alimona Kush as well as a variety of vendors and culinary treats.

A Rocking Edition Of Music On The Beach

A beautiful afternoon of sunny skies and warm temperatures provided the perfect setting for the March edition of Music on the Beach presented by the Tourist Board. Dozens took in the special Classic Rock performance at the event in partnership with AA Musicians. In fact, the band was so popular they have been booked to return and Rock On at a special May edition of Music on the Beach scheduled for Sunday, May 20 from 5 to 6 p.m. at 96th Street.

LOCATION CHANGE: Think you’ve got what it takes to belt it out in Surfside? April’s Karaoke edition on the 16th will also be held from 5 to 6 p.m. at 96th Street, so be sure to mark your calendars!
