Sakhaa-sahita sarayoo-teera vihare Radhuvamsha-veera Tulasidaasa harakhi nirakhi carananaraja paaee

Victory to you, O Hanuman, the messenger of Rama, O Hanuman, the messenger of Rama; यो रघुपनतना सहसुग्रीवूं मैत्र्या योक्जतवान ् Yo Raghupatinaa saha-Sugreevam Maitryaa yojitavaan You who intiated the friendship between Rama and Sugreeva; तीरत्वा दस् ु तर शसन्धूंु सीता शुद्ददम युः िृतवान Teertvaa dustara sindhum Seetaa Shuddim yah kritavaan You who crossed the formidable ocean and cheered Sita; शभत्वारण्यूं हत्वा अिम लूंिाूं ज्वाशलतवान Bhitvaaranyam hatvaa aksham Lankaam jvaalitavaan
You who destroyed the forest (in Lanka), killed Akshaya (a son of the demon Raavana), and set fire to Lanka; पुनरे त्य श्री रामूं ववठलमवप यो हवषभतवान ् Punaretya Shree Raamam Vithalamapi yo harshitavaan
You who brought joy to Rama upon returning (from Lanka, with the good news of Sita’s whereabouts), and who brings joy to Vithalapanta also. रामदत हनुमान ववजयते रामदत हनुमान Raama-doota Hanumaan vijayate Raama-doota Hanumaan

VANDE SANTAM
वूंदे सन्तूं ॥ वूंदे सन्तूं श्री हनुमन्तम ् रामदास-ममलूं बलवन्तम ् Vande santam shree Hanumantam Raamadaasa-mamalam balavantam
I pay homage to the noble Hanuman; pure, mighty servant of Rama. रामिथामत ृ मनुननवसन्तम परमप्रेम-भरे ण नटन्तम Raama-kathaamrita-manunivasantam Parama-prema-bharena natantam
Ever contemplating the immortal epic of Rama’s life and dancing filled with supreme love. प्रेमऋद्धगलमश्रवहन्तम ् पुलिाूंगचत वपुषा ववलसन्तम Prema-ruddhagala-mashruvahantam Pula-kaancita vapushaa vilasantam
His throat choked with tears of love, his shining hair stnding on end in ecstasy. िदागचदानन्दे न हसनतम ् क्वगचत िदागचदवप प्ररुदूं तम Kadaa-cidaanandena hasantam Kvacit kadaacidapi prarudantam
He sometimes smiles in an overflow of bliss and sometimes weeps, crying out bitterly. सवं राममयूं पश्त्यन्तम राम राम इनत सदा जपनतम Sarvam Raaama-mayam pashyantam Raama Raama iti sadaa japantam
Seeing everything pervaded by Rama, he repeats the name of Rama always. सदभक्क्त-पथूं समुपददशन्ताम ् ववठलपन्तूं प्रनत-सुखयन्तूं Sadbhakti-patham samupadishantam Vithalapantam pratisukhayantam
Oh, Hanuman, you guide Vithalapantha (the composer) to the path of true devotion that leads to the realization of supreme joy. वूंदे सन्तूं श्री हनुमन्तम ् रामदास-ममलूं बलवन्तम ् Vande santam shree Hanumantam Raamadaasa-mamalam balavantam

Jaya Raghukulapati Ramachandra avadhakee jyoti chaaree Sura-nara-jana poojya charana muni-jana bhaya haaree
Victory to Ramachandra, the lord of the Raghu dynasty, the shining star of Ayodhya. His feet worshipped by gods and men. He removes the fears of sages. झलिे अरूण वदन िमल नीलपद्म-नयन-यग ु ल दशरथसत ु सीतापनत तपोवनचारी
Jhalake aruna vadana kamala neela-padma-nayana-yugala Dasharatha-suta Seetaapati tapovana-chaaree
He, the upholder of truth and Order (Dharma), renouncer of the royal crown, is worshipped by Kubera (god of weatlth). सत्य-धमं पालि प्रभु, राजमुिुट त्यागी रत्नािर साधि अरु अनुजिे अनुरागी

He, the upholder of truth and Order (Dharma), renouncer of the royal crown, is worshipped by Kubera (god of wealth). He is full of love for his brothers;

He redeemed Ahalaya who had been reduced to a rock. He is adored by the world. He liberated the King of Lanka (Ravana) and destroyed the demons there. जय रघुिुलपनत रामचूंद्र अवधिी ज्योनत चारी सरु नरजन पज्य चरण मनु न-जन भय हारी

Chant the name of Sri Rama in your suffering and in your happiness. बहुवीर हुए बलवान हुए कितने न महीपत मान हुए तब िौन िहााँ िुछ ध्यान धरो Baho veera hu-e balavaana hu-e Kitane na maheepata maana hu-e Taba kouna kahaa kucha dhyaana dharo
Countless of the strong and mighty have come and gone; even the kings who thought they owned the earth have come and gone; even the kings who thought they owned the earth have come and gone. Just think of the fate of those who are no more. प्रभु िी िैसी ये माया है िही धप िही पर छाया है तुम िाहे िमे िुछ ध्यान धरो Prabhu kee kaisee ye maayaa hai Kahee dhoopa kahee para chaayaa hai Tuma kaahe bhrame kucha dhyaana dharo

Ap-bal tap-bal aur bahu-bal chautha bal hai bal-dam sur kishor kripa se sab bal haare ko hari naam
