Holly V. Kapherr A graduate student in creative non-fiction at UCF, Holly V. Kapherr is also an alumnus of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Chicago and spent time as a personal chef and caterer in Paris, France. She is currently working on a book of essays exploring how fusion cuisine is created through political and cultural history.
