Silvia Beham is known as the Above and Beyond real estate agent by her colleagues and clients. With her training and skills as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and Feng Shui Consultant, Silvia and her team of Remodelers, Stagers and Photographers transform homes into beautiful listings. Her territory is centered around the greater Orlando Metro Area, however she frequently brings her talents to clients throughout Central Florida from Daytona to Tampa and all points in between. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and living in Orlando, Florida for 30+ years, Silvia received her real estate license in 2006 and began her career with RE/MAX. Silvia has earned the RE/MAX “Above & Beyond” Award in 2014 and “Rising Star” Awards in 2016 through 2019. Her experienced as earned Awards in the RE/MAX 100% club from 2017 through 2021 and the Orlando Regional Realtor®️Association Gold Producer Award in 2021.

Joseph Hearn is a native Floridian, born in Winter Park and raised in Central Florida. He has over 30 years of corporate event experience and is known for his event planning throughout the country. His award winning events have been featured in the media many times and has ranked his company “Best of the Best” for the last decade.

Joseph is no stranger to community and enjoys opportunities to give back, mentor, and support others through many initiatives in Central Florida. He is currently President of the Volusia & Flagler County Boys & Girls Club, Incoming President for his Rotary Club, Vice President of the Volusia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and sits on the Board of Directors for many Non-Profits including Advent Health Foundation, Main Street Association, Stetson University Leadership West Volusia, DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce & Orange City Alliance, Fun Coast Foundation, and Team Volusia Investor Relations Committee. Supporting our youth is a passion of Joseph’s and he truly believes an investment in our youth will bring a brighter future. He enjoys working with the mentoring program Sisters Build Network and is proud to Chair the Volusia County Education Committee, recognizing Schools of Excellence and Outstanding Educators.
