our customers better and plan our next moves. Most of the data we have comes from our own website. We study which area most of our deliveries come from so we can focus on having more offline presence there. We study buying patterns on how first orders, second orders and third orders differ to understand how we can build packs to attach the first purchase and make the second purchase smoother. We also go more granular studying on which day and time our email open and click rates are the highest so we can make sure to send customers offers at the time they are available. Because we are mainly a food company and a lot of our business is offline, our use of data is limited. We use it mainly to create valuable offers, accessibility and buying journey
