STRENGTH TRAINING - ADULT

The practice of Power Yoga focuses on building strength, particularly in the core muscles, arms, and legs. It incorporates various standing poses, balancing poses, and inversions to engage and strengthen the major muscle groups. These poses often require a significant amount of physical effort, as they may involve holding the body weight in challenging positions or flowing through a series of dynamic movements.

Strength training, also known as resistance training or weightlifting, is a form of exercise that focuses on increasing muscular strength, power, and endurance through the use of resistance. It involves performing exercises using external weights (such as dumbbells, barbells, or weight machines) or utilizing bodyweight as resistance.
