PRESCHOOL ARTIST
Keep your preschoolers warm and engaged during the cold winter months. Imaginative thoughts will dance through your preschooler's imagination as they draw our silly mice and adorable duck lessons in January. Our lesson lineup in February is full of fun a mouthwatering pizza and we'll even design our own hat and mittens! There's no better way to warm up than with the warm colors in our parrot drawing and pirate ship lesson this March. TUMBLE BUGS - New!
This class safely introduces basic gymnastics balances, rolls, springs and rotations while also developing a dance foundation. Children improve motor skills and coordination in a playful atmosphere. SQUARE DANCING
Square Dancing is lots of fun. In addition this activity has all of the elements of a healthy life style! Enjoy the light aerobic exercise, the mental stimulation of learning a new skill and the pleasure of making new friends. This fun and educational class is for the absolute beginner guitarist. Students will be introduced to the basics of guitar playing and music fundamentals by learning fun, contemporary songs. Previous Rallyball experience required. The format includes practice and match time. Don't put it off any longer! The time has come to jump start your fitness level. The program is located at a fully equipped Community Fitness Center for individuals 18 and up with a physical disability are welcome. WHEELS ON FIRE
Have you got game? Basketball, Rugby, Soccer, Bocce, Archery, Field Events...You play it, we offer it! Wheels on Fire is a sports team designed for athletes with disabilities who enjoy a variety of sports. No wheelchair, no problem. We have extra chairs for use during program. Athletes of all abilities are welcome. The team practices basic sports skills, team cooperation and rules of competitive play. This program focuses on exposure to a variety of wheelchair sports with the potential for competitive skill development. KINDERPREP
This class prepares your child for kindergarten with age-appropriate activities, learning concepts, socialization skills and fun. Your child will gain a basic understanding of shapes, colors and pre-phonics and literacy building (i.e. identifying letter sounds, and writing the alphabet and simple words), as well as number recognition, and counting up to 30. The goal is to have fun, participate and learn. Children must be fully potty trained before the start of class. Requirements for parent attendance, volunteers, snacks, etc. varies by center.
