Our health disciplines share the mission of caring and compassion as we prepare students to be competent and creative practitioners. Our B.S. in nursing program offers three options: a traditional four-year program; an accelerated career entry program for those with a B.A. or B.S. in another field; and a flexible program for registered nurses from associate degree and diploma programs.

• Students complete clinical rotations in various acute care hospitals and communitybased agencies. • Public health graduates work at local health departments, hospitals, insurance and pharmaceutical companies, and community-based and nonprofit agencies. • Our Exercise Science program offers bachelor’s degrees with a focus on athletic training, human performance, physical performance, physical education, and school health education. • Our new AS-to-BSRT program provides students with an associate degree in the field of respiratory care and RRT certification with the necessary skills to assume professional leadership roles in clinical practice, research, education, marketing, and management.
