Preparación y Dosificación

Para conjuntivitis: Preparar una decocción o infusión con 20 gramos (2-3 cucharadas) de hoja fresca en 1/2 litro (2 tazas) de agua. En caso de decocción hervir por un mínimo de 10 minutos, en recipiente tapado. Para la infusión, agregar el agua hirviendo a los 20 gramos (2-3 cucharadas) de hoja fresca, tapar el recipiente, dejar reposar durante 5-10 minutos. Filtrar, enfriar y realizar lavado ocular con el contenido de un gotero (3 mL) cada 2 horas . 42
Todo preparado artesanal con plantas medicinales, para uso ocular, debe desecharse transcurridas 24 horas posterior a su preparación. Para inflamación y ataque de nervios: No se dispone de información para establecer una forma de preparación y dosificación más que la referida por el uso tradicional.
