THE DETAILS HOTEL GUESTS All activity must be controlled to avoid disrupting our hotel patrons.
LOCATION FEES
HAIR, MAKE-UP & WARDROBE Hair, make-up and wardrobe are not permitted in public spaces. Hotel rooms are available for purchase.
Location fees are determined by a combination of date, time, locations, occupancy levels and complexity of the project.

SECURITY & TALENT ASSISTANCE
All fees are paid in full upon arrival, with a master account setup for incidentals and day-of add-ons. WiFi, mini-bar removal, and prop fees may apply.
LOAD-IN & OUT Crew equipment load-in/out must be scheduled. For The Redbury and The Bazaar, a bell cart and elevator may be available for your convenience.
CATERING Crew-feed menus, drop-off service and food/beverage deliveries can be scheduled with the Locations Sales Manager.
CREDIT Written, on-air credit may be required.
Furniture can be removed and stored for a fee and must be scheduled in advance.
An sbe on-site rep is required for a minimum of 4 hours per day at $150 each guard.
INSURANCE sbe requires certificate of commercial general liability insurance with proof of policy limits no less than $1,000,000 due by event date.
PARKING sbe provides hosted, no-host, production truck, generator and cube parking. Fees range depending on vehicle size and availability. Additional surface lot parking is available at sbe preferred rate.
