Chief Culinary Officer, Martin Heierling is the culinary mastermind behind the evolved Mediterranean concept that originated at Cleo Hollywood from sbe’s Disruptive Group. Just as Cleo did 10 years ago as the first to showcase Mediterranean dishes from various countries of the region, the new version of Cleo now leads the charge on a new dining experience and trend where classic mezze meets sustainable and local seafood. The team is committed to working with local foragers for organic, local produce from California Family Farms as well as Superior Seafood in Los Angeles to showcase the best local ingredients raised with seasonality and sustainable responsibility in mind.
Located at the iconic corner of Hollywood and Vine, Cleo Hollywood offers a warm, inviting setting that marries old Hollywood glamour with relaxed Mediterranean charm. The menu features eclectic dishes inspired by the diverse cultures found along the Mediterranean, all complemented by an inventive list of signature craft cocktails. An open kitchen concept gives guests the opportunity to dine in the center of the action during happy hour and dinner seven days a week.
