Meet the players Holly Hunt – An exciting attacking midfielder/forward Holly has been playing with the senior England and GB team since 2019.
Nick Bandurak – Natural born goal scorer Nick has scored over 100 premier league goals and has cemented Himself as an England regular.
Darcy Bourne - Miss Bourne has been working at RGS since September and we were delighted when we heard of her full senior squad call up in December.
Brad Read – Senior black stick regular Brad has 6 years international experience under his belt. A commanding defender has been the centre of New Zealand’s defence at a number of major competitions.
INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY PLAYERS COMING TO RGS! AS SUPPORT OF OUR AIM TO DRIVE PERFORMANCE HOCKEY, WE ARE HOSTING AN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION MATCH AT HARTSWOOD ON FRIDAY 11TH MARCH AT 4:45PM. WE ARE WELCOMING EIGHT CURRENT SENIOR INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY PLAYERS FROM ENGLAND, NEW ZEALAND AND SCOTLAND. THEY WILL BE JOINING UP WITH OUR PERFORMANCE BOYS AND GIRLS TEAMS FOR TWO EXCITING MATCHES TO CREATE TWO ALLSTAR TEAMS.

Meet the players Tom Russell – Former England U23 captain made the step up to the senior squad this February when he was invited to travel with them to Buenos Aries for the most recent pro league games against Argentina.
WE WOULD LOVE TO WELCOME ALL PUPILS, PARENTS AND THE WIDER REIGATIAN COMMUNITY TO THIS CELEBRATION OF SPORT AT RGS. PLEASE JOIN US TO WATCH THE GAMES AND MINGLE WITH THE PLAYERS AFTERWARDS. THERE WILL ALSO BE REFRESHMENTS AND A BBQ.

Sophie Hamilton – Sophie is currently playing for table topping Surbiton in the premier league. She has taken a break from her studies in the USA, to join up with the England senior squad this year. Barry Middleton MBE – A true legend of the game, Barry is England and Great Britain’s current record caps holder with 432! Barry has captained England and GB on numerous occasions and over the course of his career been to 4 Olympic games. He has also been selected in the FIH world team of the year on three occasions.
Robert Field – Current Scotland senior international who helped Scotland come second in last summer’s Euros, in doing so helped the team qualify for this summer’s commonwealth games. Mr Field is in his fourth year at RGS.
