Unique client gifts

ongratulations, you have just completed a great transaction. Now you want to leave your client with a gift they will remember, one that will showcase how much you appreciate those clients, and comply with that $50 range set by TREC. What do you do? Where do you go? You attend the Williamson County Association of REALTORS Holiday House where there will be an assortment of vendors and gifts available for purchase. The Inaugural Holiday House will be held on two days, Tuesday, Nov. 19 and Wednesday, Nov. 20. The first night of the Holiday House will be a WCREALTORS Member Preview/Appreciation Night from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. complete with a Wine and Cheese Social. On this night, members will be able to peruse through the more than 20 booths. Vendors will be selling items such as jewelry, embroidery, hand-crafted gifts, home fragrance, honey, beautifully crafted bell jewelry, candles, bath products and vegan products. It’s also an opportunity for members to interact with each other and the
vendors on a more personal level. Plus, I have first-hand knowledge that Santa Claus is coming to town early to have his picture taken with you. Then on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the Holiday House will be open to the general public starting at 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., so be sure to invite your clients, friends, and neighbors. The Williamson County Association of REALTORS loves its members and feels that the Holiday House is a great way to give back. Having the ability to buy for the upcoming gift season early is always a plus and as a REALTOR, you will be able to find those unique client appreciation gifts that set you apart from the pack, as well as make a connection for a company that might be of interest to your clients.
