Growth fuels unprecedented expansion of award-winning real estate brokerage Realty Austin announced the opening of its fifth office in Austin. The new office located at the intersection of Avery Ranch and Parmer Lane in Northwest Austin represents the company's third class A retail location, and an important step in the firm's ongoing growth and expansion into the Williamson County market. Driven by its vision to grow their community presence, Realty Austin is continuing its mission to serve customers at the hyper-local level by providing hands-on access to its customer service-oriented team. Through well-positioned locations in Downtown, Westlake, Lake Travis, Southwest and now Northwest Austin, the company has grown to a team of 200 agents and 25 support staff since its inception in 2004. Jonathan Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin says, "The welcoming response from the community has fueled our momentum. We are proud to officially open the doors to our newest state-of-the-art office in Northwest Austin." Romeo Manzanilla, a perennial top achiever who brings a solid reputation and 12 accomplished years of experience to the expanding company’s market manager position, will guide the new office. Romeo Manzanilla, market manager of Re-
alty Austin Northwest says, "People are drawn to Realty Austin because the company represents a strong, fresh appeal to the home buying and selling experience. Realty Austin offers real advantages to our clients in the market because of our culture, technology suite, collaborative environment, and our No. 1 home search website. There are many opportunities in Northwest Austin, and we are at the doorstep of its growth. I welcome the challenge to guide this office and establish it as one of Austin's flagship real estate offices." Boatwright concludes, "Romeo will be responsible for growing our footprint in the newly established Northwest Austin and Williamson County sub-market. We worked hard to finding someone to launch our Northwest Austin operations. Our primary goal in choosing our Avery Ranch location was to get us closer to our customers and agents, so we can offer our services to the community in an efficient, practical manner. Romeo's unique combination of valuable industry experience, professionalism, and strong business acumen, solidifies our confidence that the next chapter of the Realty Austin story, will be paramount."
