It’s the nation’s largest classroom and online driver safety course and it’s designed especially for drivers age 50 and older. Longevity Stick Exercise

Age 60 & up

The Longevity Stick Exercise regimen incorporates a series of twelve movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus capacity, and vitality. This class is open to all fitness levels. Sticks are provided for new students. This class is offered in partnership with the LSA— Longevity Stick Art group volunteers.
