Age 14–19

TeenForce—Boxing Conditioning: Beginner

Age 10–20

Want to float like a butterfly? Sting like a bee? Improve footwork skills, hand speed and body movements using equipment such as speed bags, heavy bags and jump ropes. Increase fitness, agility and self-defense skills. Our TeenForce non-contact boxing classes offer basic self-defense skills, primarily focused on fitness!

TeenForce—Boxing Conditioning: Intermediate

Age 10–20

For students with who have completed the beginner class or have previous boxing training. Practice and fine-tune footwork skills, hand speed and body movements using equipment such as speed bags, heavy bags and jump ropes. Increase fitness, agility and self-defense skills. Our TeenForce non-contact boxing classes offer basic self-defense skills, primarily focused on fitness!

TeenForce—Weight Training

Age 14–18

Workout with experience coaches in our weight room and fitness room. Lift weights and run some fun drills to develop new skills, increase fitness and improve strength in a fun environment! Participants must be minimum 14 years old and have a fitness room waiver on file at MDCC signed by participant AND guardian.
