GROUP CLASSES & ENSEMBLES — ADULT & INTERGENERATIONAL

Ensembles

Playing in an ensemble is being on a team. Students rely on each other to make progress as a group. We ask that group class participants:

• Show a high level of attendance.

• Practice between classes.

• Have concurrent weekly lessons at CMC or elsewhere and work on the ensemble repertoire with that teacher.

CMC’s string groups are non-audition, but the instructor has final say as to the appropriate level class for each enrolled student.
