in just a few short months, Dana has yet to make her visions a concrete reality. However, she has used school projects and her own personal endeavors to generate examples of what her future may bring. Already, her building designs and models have been featured in three exhibitions. As a side project to the challenging profession of architecture, Dana uses her natural eye for macro images to create compositional photography. She constantly carries
Dana is the youngest artist in Koartpro. At 22, she is also be-
ginning to use art as inspiration for her career. Feeding off the philosophies of her father and sister, Dana wanted to make art that affects the way we live. Using architecture as her medium, she combines knowledge of how to build and what to
build to fuse visual imagery, sustainability
and
constructability.
Art becomes a springboard for an architectural pragmaticism that is also equally inventive and visually attractive. Dana believes buildings should not only be an art form, but also a place that people thrive in and love to inhabit. Graduating
a camera with her waiting for the next thing to catch her eye. Using macro as a method of mystery, she has been known to create photography that brings to mind other worlds, where objects are no longer recognizable as their true form in reality.
