A magnificent jewel in the Ozarks, Bull Shoals Lake is a great getaway for bass fishermen and walleye anglers alike and it’s a prime location for our secluded Brass Lantern Resort, and our new gated aviation community. This family-run operation is situated on approximately 450 acres. The Brass Lantern Resort consists of lakefront fishing cabins that have been in business for over 50 years. To compliment our fishing resort, we have recently added our newest addition of a fly-in airpark community which is ready for new home construction. Currently operating on our 2000’ grass strip, you can fly in to fish, water ski, scuba dive, ride horses, or explore the ATV trails.
Upon completion, the airpark Master Plan will feature a 5000’ hard surface runway, a fly-in restaurant, an FBO, fuel, maintenance, a pilot shop and flight instruction. Also included in the Master Plan will be a 24-hour community nursing care option, available in your home or ours. Lots currently available include those located directly on one of the runways, which can accommodate personal hangars, while off-runway lots will have access to community lease hangars.
