Develop and implement staff professional development aimed at supporting technological literacy/ family literacy development for all enrolled families. Staff will utilize these new or expanded professional development skills to facilitate family access to the SWHD EHS-HS Parent Portal Construct Curriculum locally designed early readers and to access the Phoenix Public Library online literacy resources. Develop a SWHD EHS-HS Parent Portal survey for families, and staff to analyze the program’s efforts for improved technological literacy/ family literacy program engagement outcomes years 1-3. Utilize the data to identify the strategies and implementation efforts that can be correlated to the successful interventions for technological literacy/ family literacy via the SWHD EHS-HS Parent Portal that result in improved program family engagement and high quality learning outcomes.

SR Goal 1: SWHD EHS-EHSCCP-HS children will begin to develop and demonstrate the ability to regulate emotions, behaviors (self-regulation), and to form positive relationships.
