Create job description, advertise, and hire the SWHD EHS-HS Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will offer targeted retention support and continued employee navigation and career development engagement.

Develop and implement staff professional development aimed at supporting technological literacy and family literacy development for all enrolled families. Staff will utilize the new or expanded professional development skills to facilitate family access to the SWHD EHS-HS Parent Portal. Our program team will ensure that 100% of enrolled families successfully logon to the SWHD EHS-HS Parent Portal. This will occur via a preferred device; either a personal cell phone/ other personal device or SWHD Lending Tablet program.

2023-2024 School Readiness Goals

I. Social and Emotional Development

SR Goal 1: SWHD EHS-EHSCCP-HS children will begin to develop and demonstrate the ability to regulate emotions, behaviors (self-regulation), and to form positive relationships.

II. Perceptual Motor and Physical Development

SR Goal 2: SWHD EHS-EHSCCP-HS children will learn and begin to demonstrate healthy and safe habits.

SR Goal 3: SWHD EHS-EHSCCP-HS children will demonstrate gross motor control of large muscles for movement, navigation, and balance.
