Our lightest weight Core fabric is made of a densly woven blend of polyester and spandex which offers superior stretch, next-to-skin comfort and sun protection in hot and humid conditions.

Core 2
This is the ideal baselayer for watersports. Made of quick drying 100% hydrophilic polyester, our Core 2 garments offer great moisture management and wicking properties to complement your layering system.
Our Core 4 garments are made of midweight 310g/m2 polyester fleece with bi-directional stretch that hugs your body while supporting freedom of movement. The fabric offers great insulation, is highly breathable, comfortable to wear and dries quickly.
NeoFlex
The all-new NeoFlex line is made of super thin 4-way-stretch neoprene bonded to a Thermospan liner. As a stand alone layer in warm conditions or underneath a paddle jacket for when it gets colder, these products offer great insulation and freedom of movement.

Palm NeoPrene wear uses only the highest quality 100% Chloroprene (CR) rubber to ensure best performance in waterproofness, insulation and durability. We use a range of outer fabrics and finishes to increase comfort and abrasion resistance, tailored to the specific end use of each product.
A garment with an Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) of 50 only allows 1/50th of the UV radiation falling on the surface of the garment to pass through it. In other words, it blocks 98% of the UV radiation, which is the highest possible rating.
ÆGIS Microbe Shield
Aegis is an antibacterial treatment of garments for permanent odor control. Microbe Shield forms a colorless, odorless, positively charged polymer that molecularly bonds to the treated surface for the entire lifetime of a product.

ThermoFibre lined neoprene
A highpile fleece lining is bonded to the inside of the neoprene in order to capture warm air and thereby increase a garment’s thermal properties while keeping thickness and weight of the fabric to a minimum.
Small Diamond neoprene
Small Diamond neoprene is finished with a textured Nylon surface for additional abrasion resistance in wear and tear areas of a product while maintaining high amounts of stretch.

Mesh Skin neoprene features a grippy rubber surface and is used for chest panels on wetsuits and sidepanels on neoprene pants for increased friction on surfboards and inside the seat of your boat.

Powertex neoprene
Glued and blindstiched seams
For the construction, neoprene is glued together along an edge and then stitched without piercing the inside layer of the fabric, making the join water tight. Glued and blindstiched seams are used for colder water/winter wetsuits and neoprene products where water seeping through needs to be minimised.
