A paddle’s shape affects how it works and feels in the water. Symmetrical shapes are versatile and easy to use, offering a great all round beginner paddle. Asymmetric paddles make for a smoother paddle stroke, and reduce strain on the wrist during longer trips. The symmetrical blades of our Otter range are great for beginners and for general purpose use. They have squared off ends, and provide a good level of power and support. Our range of Maverick, Drift and Vision paddles feature asymmetric blades for a greater degree of comfort and performance during sustained use. These are designed for whitewater and touring paddling, high or low angle use.
Touring Blades Our asymmetric touring blades come in different shapes to suit varied paddling styles. The Vision L’s longer, narrow blades offer effortless and smooth forward strokes, suiting a more relaxed, low angle style of paddling. The Drift comes with larger, more powerful blades suited to a more dynamic, high angle paddling style.
DIHEDRAL
DRIFT PRO TAKE APART SYSTEM
A dihedral paddle face helps to reduce the amount of wobble or ‘flutter’ during the paddle stroke. Featured on our Maverick, Drift, and Vision paddles.
Light weight, fully adjustable and easy to use. Changes feather from 0 to 80° , from left to right and increases the paddle length by up to 5 cm.
3YR LIMITED WARRANTY The seller warrants in favour only of the original retail purchaser. For the first 12 months from the date of consumer purchase, the complete paddle is warrantied against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. For the remaining 24 months the warranty covers the paddle blades only. The warranty does not cover: • Consumer alterations or unauthorised repairs of such goods without the written consent of the manufacturer. • Defects arising as a result of fair wear and tear, willful or accidental damage, alteration, neglect, abnormal storage, improper use or handling. Extreme weather or environmental conditions, out of hand loss or damage. • Commercial or rental usage. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
