Autumn From 11 Ferry County hosts a fair over Labor Day weekend, with Okanogan County answering back with another fair the second weekend in September. Fair time means horse racing, rodeos, carnival rides, live music and much more, too. Fall also is a great time to catch the changing colors over scenic drives and overlooks around Okanogan Country. A drive up North Cascades Highway is worth the time before the snow closes the road for the winter.
