he black curtains parted, unveiling a large scene where walls with mirror-like effects interacted with large golden mirrors. An imposing chandelier hung over the scene from which models emerged, showing the emblematic work of Alber Elbaz since 2001. Forty looks in motion, a moment of pure style and emotion. The hues were as if projected in vibrant colour fields, the signature of the Lanvin woman. Then the lights dimmed‌ Guests were treated to an evening of warm and festive celebration with dancing, pyramids of sweet delicacies, pastelcoloured treats and champagne fountains. Fan Bing Bing, Zhou Dong Yu, Ni Ni, Dong Die, Godfrey Gao, Peter Ho, Su You Peng, Qi Qi and Simon Yam, all wearing Lanvin, joined 800 guests at the Beijing Hotel for the lavish party. President, Madame Wang Shaw-Lan arrived with wellrespected singer Ms Tsai Qin. Lanvin’s new flagship shop at Shanghai Reel consolidates the expansion of the oldest French fashion house on the Chinese market. The new setting will propose the Women's ready-towear collection, the Men's collections and the Lanvin Petite and Blanche lines as well as a must-have selection of accessories.
