Directions for Registration Go to the Center for Professional Development homepage: http://www.swboces.org/cpd. There you will find a link on the left sidebar to our course catalog – My Learning Plan. Click on this link. You will see a searchable database screen from My Learning Plan with all the courses currently available for enrollment at SWBOCES and LHRIC. You can either type in the title of the course in the search box and click the View Now button or you can scroll down the page until you find the course for which you want to register. Courses are in chronological order. Please note that there are separate registrations for each date of workshops that are offered on more than one date. Click on the link to the workshop you want and you’ll see the online description. To sign up, click on “Click to Enroll.” Click on the link that applies to you: • “I’m a registered user” Select if you have already created an account.

Complete the Registration Process: If your district does not use MyLearningPlan.com, you will be reminded that you are required to print out the ENROLLMENT FORM and send it to the administrator in your district who approves professional development workshops. This is usually your Superintendent, your Business Official, or your Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. The form then must be mailed or faxed to SWBOCES to complete the registration. The address and fax number are on the form. This requirement ensures that your district approves your request and authorizes SWBOCES to bill for the program. Email Notification of Registration: After you have registered you will then receive an email notification stating that your registration is “pending.” An email confirming your approved registration will be sent as follows:

Retain this password for future reference. This account will allow you to check the status of your registration and maintain your own records, such as proof of attendance at the workshop.
