Seniors flash mob member Alice Davies North and West Vancouver were among the 850 communities across Canada that participated in the 2013 edition of Culture Days, a national celebration of arts and culture. Local arts groups presented 65 free events and activities Sept. 27-29 as part of North Shore Culture Days, which is a tri-municipal undertaking, co-ordinated by the Arts Office. A kick off event was held Sept. 26 at Shipbuilders’ Square, featuring tap dancers from Vanleena Dance, live music from the Adam Woodall Band, a seniors flash mob and speeches from government officials representative of all three municipalities.
