Balila INGREDIENTS 2 cups chickpeas 1 tsp salt 4 garlic cloves crushed 2 tbsp cumin 2 tbsp pine nuts roasted 2 tbsp chopped parsley 他 cup olive oil

METHOD Soak the chickpeas in water for 12 hrs. Rinse and drain. Cook them on medium heat until tender. Drain them and place them in a salad bowl. Add the crushed garlic gloves, the salt, the cumin, and the olive oil. Toss them until combined. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and roasted pine nuts.
