aulette Lucas and Jack Anthony Fontana will again facilitate a New Year retreat at the retreat center of St. Joseph’s Abbey outside Covington. The retreat will begin with registration at 10 a.m. on December 30, 2013 and conclude at 3 p.m. on January 1, 2014. Fontana and Lucas lead the retreat annually for individuals to begin the new year “in an environment of peace, beauty, reflection, acceptance, joy and fun.” Activities will include journaling, guided and process meditation, yoga, breathwork and self-reflection.

The cost is $450 if paid in full by December 11 and $465 thereafter. The fee includes all sessions, meals and a private room with bath. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
