Conclusion: Through this study we invite philosophers, historians and sociologists of science, information technologists, and library professionals from different levels to do informetric study. They could collaborate more to get effective scientometric outputs. A multidisciplinary and wide field of informetrics i s waiting to receive efforts from Bangladeshi researchers. Multiple metrics, indicators and scientometric tools could used to measure research performance. Their study output will he1p different research organizations an1 government to establish research strategies.
