Med-Tech Innovation Expo is the only UK event dedicated to innovation and engineering in medical technology and there is a huge range of innovation on show this year.

On the show floor you’ll see over 100 companies representing the entire spectrum of advanced technology, materials and solutions to help you take your device from concept stage, through design to manufacture.

New for 2022, the Italian Pavilion hosted by the Italian Trade Agency brings together 18 of the country’s top innovators in the medical manufacturing space.

The Mauritius Pavilion, hosted by the Economic Development Board (EDB), will showcase Mauritius as an attractive investment and business centre, a competitive export platform as well as an international financial centre.

The Medilink UK Pavilion will host a brand-new group of member businesses, each with their own exhibition pods.

The Start-up Zone, sponsored by Innovate UK, NIHR and SBRI Healthcare, will be a hive of innovation and new technology, with start-ups, spinouts, research projects, non-profits and small businesses.

At the heart of our show, and with arguably the strongest line up we’ve ever presented, is the Med-Tech Innovation conference in association with Medilink UK. With 15 indepth sessions over the two days and insights from the Department of International Trade, Roche Diagnostics, Microsoft, Deloitte, Tutum Medical and other sector leaders, you’re sure to leave with some great take-aways.

The NEC offers FREE Wi-Fi to visitors. If you are having difficulty accessing the NEC Wi-Fi, head to the Visitor and Business Centre and you will receive help.

ADMISSION FEES

There are no entry fees for visitors wishing to come to Med-Tech Innovation Expo. Entry is free for all. This applies to both the exhibition and conference sessions. The organiser reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse admission into the hall. The organiser will issue official badges and no other form of admission will be valid.

LOST PROPERTY

The main area is located in the Security office on the Piazza by the top of the stairs near Hall 1. There is also a smaller security office in the Atrium near Hall 6. For property lost on the same day during an exhibition, visitors can go in person to the nearest Security office. Once the show is over, all property is moved to the Piazza office. You can call +44 (0) 121 767 3883 for lost property queries. The venue will retain lost property for a limited time, after which the venue shall consider the property to be abandoned and shall sell that property for its own account.
