Mixed-use Development
This project is currently out to tender and consists of a basement carpark, ground-level housing, and a combination of retail, apartments and back of house facilities. Level 1 is a recreation podium level, which includes a swimming pool and a mixture of 2 & 3 level apartment blocks. The development required a council sewer diversion which required careful planning and detailing to avoid footings as well as the transformer, and not interfere with valuable letable area.
