Our Contaminated Land Team
Matt Collyer Associate Director – Environmental Services matthew.collyer@meinhardtgroup.com Matt is an experienced geologist/ environmental scientist with over 14 years experience working as an environmental consultant in Australia, UK, Europe and Asia. Matt has extensive practical fieldwork, project management and overall project direction experience, with detailed working knowledge of the Victorian legislation with regard contaminated land. He specialises in project management, design and implementation of site investigations, site remediation, waste management and landfill gas (LFG)/soil vapour assessment.
Sid Paleri Senior Scientist – Environmental Services sid.paleri@meinhardtgroup.com Sid has over five years of experience in the contaminated land and waste management sphere, with extensive field experience on a range of sensitive sites for both private and public clients including construction and remediation work sites. Sid has significant experience in sampling and management of soil, groundwater and soil vapour for a range of chemical contaminants of concern as well as solid waste materials such as asbestos in the built environment and in soils.
Toby Montgomery Senior Scientist – Environmental Services toby.montgomery@meinhardtgroup.com Toby is a proactive and logical field scientist who has over 11 years of expertise and extensive knowledge in sustainable outcomes and best practice environmental and project management. Genuinely passionate about the environment, he specializes in landfill operations risk, landfill gas, soil, water and leachate assessments, compliance reporting, contaminated soil remediation, environmental management plans, end to end project management and stakeholder engagement, specialising in VIC (and WA) development projects.
Nicola Eldridge Senior Scientist – Environmental Services nicola.eldridge@meinhardtgroup.com Nicola is an experienced contaminated land specialist with significant parallel skills in geotechnical engineering. Nicola has a keen interest in hydrogeology and hydrogeochemistry and has over 7 years of relevant experience working in the consulting industry on a wide range of projects and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
