Wish to join an online retreat but find it difficult? Follow these tips on how to do it

Be Healthy SET A ROUTINE OF WAKING AND SLEEPING TIMES, AS WELL AS A MEAL SCHEDULE DURING THE RETREAT. JOIN LIVE OR RECORDED YOGA SESSIONS.

Be Silent & Still JOIN MEDITATION TIMES REGULARLY, ALSO JOIN LIVE TALKS AND Q&A SESSIONS (LIVE OR RECORDED).

Be Creative JOIN CREATIVE ACTIVITIES DURING THE RETREAT LIKE WRITTING, READING, MUSIC, DRAWING, PHOTOGRAPHY ETC. ALSO TRY TO ENJOY SOME TIME IN NATURE IF YOU CAN.

Be Inspired TALK TO SOMEONE YOU TRUST, SHARING YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH A MENTOR

Be Present KEEP THE SPIRIT OF THE RETREAT AND RELAX… IF YOU HAVE TO GO OUT, SHOP OR SEE SOMEONE, YOU CAN STILL STAY CENTERED AND IN RETREAT. TRY TO MANAGE MESSAGING AT FIXED TIMES DURING THE DAY. TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE ON A RETREAT.

A retreat is a time of being more by doing less. It is a space created to allow ourselves to detox, de-stress and re-centre. A retreat enables us to learn something new and unlearn what we need to let go of. In an online retreat, you can feel the contemplative energy and supportive friendship of a community, even while participating in the comfort of your own home. What we recommend: Create order and harmony by designing a daily timetable that is realistic and enable you to find a peaceful structure to your day. This would help in developing selfdiscipline required to develop harmony between body, mind and spirit.
