Commitment to Excellence By Sheryl Kornman Garry Brav is a Tucson entrepreneur who built his business life here from the ground up – after deciding on a whim to enroll at the University of Arizona. He started with a bar he built on Fourth Avenue in the early ’70s, then moved into construction.
