For anyone who has not just one sweet tooth, but multiple, Andre and Jordan’s all-dessert wedding is a sugar-lover’s dream come true. “Our moms are both incredible bakers, so they made most of the desserts! Because of the venue layout, a sit-down dinner would have placed our guests in two different rooms. Being able to spend time with each guest was really important to us, and we also wanted everyone to have a great time dancing the whole night!” Although the reception was adorned with delightful baked goods, a traditional cake-cutting ceremony was not in the cards for this eccentric, artistic couple. “Jordan’s parents share a glass of milk at dinner each night. They told us we had to wait until we were married to share a glass of milk, so instead of the cutting of the cake, we had a toast with one glass and two straws, sharing our first glass of milk and symbolizing our union.”
