Avenue Bellevue Sales Center Unveiled Fortress Development unveiled its new sales center and full-sized model unit for the 98 “Estate Homes” at Avenue Bellevue, a two-tower luxury condo (a total of 332 residences), hotel and retail plaza coming to downtown Bellevue. Local developer Andy Lakha introduced his team behind the project, which includes an InterContinental Hotel and restaurant by Michelin three-starred chef Joshua Skenes.
