The subrogation team handles subrogation matters throughout the country as well as internationally. In addition, Mr Glennon frequently gives presentations throughout the world focusing on product liability and subrogation. He noted: “Many of our clients are concerned about the costs of proceeding with subrogation matters. As such, the firm offers a variety of alternative fee arrangements, ranging from pure contingent fee to hourly to blended contingent/hourly.
